In this director-level seat you'll lead the strategy and delivery of Monzo's investments and pensions products — owning outcomes that help millions of customers build long-term financial security.
What You'll Own
- Product and commercial strategy for Monzo's investments and pensions business, from pensions to general investing
- The roadmap and delivery of new investment products and features, working closely with engineering, design, and data
- Partnering with regulated partners and navigating the UK regulatory landscape for wealth products
- Business case development, P&L ownership, and growth planning for the investments vertical
- A high-performing team — building talent, setting direction, and driving an ambitious customer-first culture
What You'll Bring
- Deep experience in investments, pensions, wealth, or savings products — ideally in fintech, digital banking, or financial services
- A track record of launching and scaling customer-facing financial products
- Strong commercial acumen with experience owning P&L and building business cases
- Understanding of UK pensions and investment regulation
- Exceptional stakeholder leadership — you can align teams, partners, and senior leadership around a bold roadmap
