Finance Systems Analyst, Oracle Fusion ERP (GL/AP/AR) — HelloFresh, Berlin
HelloFresh's Global Finance team is hiring a Finance Systems Analyst to support and develop the financial modules of its ERP system — Oracle Financials Cloud — for business units across the globe. If you love the world of food and the world of finance systems, this one's for you.
The Role
You'll troubleshoot, optimise, and enhance Oracle Fusion modules (GL, AP, AR, CM, FA, Expenses), support implementations and migrations, and make sure the ERP runs reliably for finance teams worldwide. It's a role for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit, strong analytical instincts, and a hunger to improve how things work.
What You'll Do
- Ensure reliable performance of the ERP, with a focus on Oracle Financials Fusion modules
- Troubleshoot, support, and continuously enhance financial systems and processes
- Support implementation, migration, and integration of existing Oracle modules
- Educate and prepare end-users for new functionality and features
- Participate in quarterly upgrade testing and validation
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners
- Deliver reports and recommendations that help address business needs from the ERP
- Maintain best practices, oversee Service Requests with Oracle Cloud operations, and keep process documentation up to date (SOPs, design documents, migration forms)
What You'll Bring
- 2–3+ years administering Oracle (Fusion Cloud or EBS) or another cloud-based ERP
- Ability to translate business requirements into system configurations
- Hands-on SQL and Oracle API experience, plus BI Publisher and OTBI
- A bachelor's degree in IT, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Excellent communication, organisational, and planning skills — you'll work with people at all levels
