The Role & Impact
This is a high-impact, strategic FP&A seat: you'll translate data into strategy while leading global commissions forecasting to make sure investments drive maximum growth. You'll partner directly with EMEA Sales leadership as their strategic FP&A architect.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the strategic FP&A architect for the EMEA Sales leadership team
- Own global forecasting, budgeting, and month-end accruals for sales commissions
- Design advanced models that optimise sales productivity and GTM efficiency benchmarks
- Drive resource allocation through data-backed insights and proactive decision support
- Forge cross-functional alliances to identify margin drivers and scale cost-efficiency
- Execute agile scenario planning and ad-hoc analyses for senior leadership
- Synthesise complex financial metrics into clear, executive-level narratives
What You'll Bring
- 8+ years of FP&A experience in progressive financial roles
- Strong financial modelling skills — forecasting, budgeting, and reporting
- Excellent business acumen and the ability to influence stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Comfort working with ambiguity and solving problems across multiple teams
- Ability to work independently and think strategically
