About the Opportunity
Typeform — the interactive data-collection platform helping businesses create better conversations at scale — is looking for a Director of Accounting & Controlling to join a small but high-impact team at a pivotal moment in the company's journey. As Typeform has grown into a global SaaS business, the finance function is evolving to support greater scale, complexity, and ambition.
The Role & Impact
You'll partner closely with the VP of Accounting & Controlling, serving as their strategic deputy and helping lead both the day-to-day function and the longer-term evolution of the accounting organization. Together, you'll build a world-class finance operation that is scalable, resilient, and ready for what's next. This role is open remotely across Ireland, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, and the UK.
About the Role
- Lead and develop the accounting & controlling function alongside the VP
- Strengthen financial controls and accounting operations to support growth
- Drive systems improvements that enable the next stage of scaling
- Partner with stakeholders across the business on financial strategy and reporting
- Support the evolution of Typeform's finance organization from good to world-class
What You Bring
- Senior accounting and controlling experience, ideally in a global SaaS business
- Strong technical accounting foundation and hands-on leadership style
- Experience scaling finance operations — controls, systems, and processes
- Ability to partner strategically with leadership while staying close to the details
