About the Opportunity
N26, Europe's leading digital bank (fully licensed in Germany, active in 20+ markets), is entering a new phase of maturity — focused on scalability, robustness and operational excellence. They're hiring a Director of Product for the Grow & Engage area to sharpen how the bank ships and sustains products at scale.
The Role & Impact
As Director of Product, you'll own the strategy and roadmap for growth and engagement — expanding into the moments that make a bank indispensable, from mobile connectivity to financial tools designed for families. You'll lead senior product leaders and work closely with engineering, design and data to deliver products millions of customers rely on every day.
What You'll Own
- Product strategy and execution for Grow & Engage initiatives
- A team of product managers across growth, engagement and new banking experiences
- Roadmap prioritization grounded in data and customer insight
- Cross-functional partnership with engineering, design, marketing and data science
What You Bring
- Proven product leadership at a senior level (Director or equivalent)
- Experience with consumer fintech, banking or high-scale subscription products
- Strong strategic thinking plus hands-on execution skills
- Track record of hiring and developing product talent
