About the Opportunity
Monzo — the UK's leading digital bank with its iconic hot coral cards and get-paid-early feature — is looking for a curious, adaptive, and data-focused Finance Data Manager to join its Financial Planning & Analysis team. This role focuses on all things data analysis and AI, reporting to the Group Performance and Analytics Lead within FP&A. Based in London, Cardiff, or Remote (UK), with a salary of £70,600–£83,000 plus performance-linked incentive awards.

- Data Translation & Infrastructure: Translating financial and commercial requirements into scalable data assets, collaborating with analytics engineers to improve core data pipelines, and building downstream reporting functionality
- Insights & Reporting: Preparing management information and reporting that helps Monzo's leadership make fast, confident decisions
- AI & Automation: Using AI to build scalable data tools and solutions that multiply the team's impact
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Working closely with the Finance Data team and stakeholders across the business
What We're Looking For
- Strong financial and commercial data analysis experience
- Advanced SQL and data modeling skills
- A track record of using AI and modern tooling to build scalable analytics solutions
