The Role
Wolt is looking for a Finance Systems Development Manager to act as the architect of its finance systems landscape, with NetSuite ERP at the core. You'll shape how finance systems scale across multiple geographies — ensuring performance, compliance and long-term sustainability — while driving architectural decisions, system governance and continuous improvement of the finance technology stack.
What You'll Be Doing
- Architect and develop the finance systems landscape, with NetSuite at the center
- Drive architectural decisions and system governance as Wolt scales across geographies
- Shape the evolution of the finance tech stack: integrations, automation and data flows
- Ensure performance, compliance and sustainability across finance systems
- Partner with finance and engineering teams to deliver a robust, scalable, intelligent ecosystem
What You Bring
- Hands-on experience developing and architecting finance systems, ideally NetSuite ERP
- Strong understanding of finance processes and system integration patterns
- A balance of technical depth and business fluency — you speak both languages
- Comfort working in a fast-scaling, international environment
