The Role
We're hiring a Forward Deployed Software Engineer based in the UAE. You'll use creativity, problem-solving, and technical expertise to design tailored AI solutions for ElevenLabs' most strategic customers in the region — embedded directly with them to understand their challenges and build what actually moves the needle.
What You'll Do
- Work hands-on with strategic customers to scope, design, and deploy custom AI voice/agent solutions
- Bridge the gap between customer needs and ElevenLabs' platform capabilities
- Prototype quickly, iterate with users, and ship production-quality integrations
- Feed real-world customer insights back into product and engineering teams
- Operate with high velocity in lean, autonomous teams

- Strong software engineering fundamentals and comfort with APIs and integration work
- A builder's mindset: you'd rather prototype and ship than write specs
- Excellent communication — you can talk to both engineers and executives
- Interest in AI/voice technology and its real-world applications
- Self-direction and comfort with ambiguity; no task is above or beneath you
