FP&A Associate — AI-Native Finance Team (London / Stockholm / Remote EU)
Nivoda is a fast-growing, AI-enabled B2B marketplace and FinTech platform connecting the global jewellery industry — streamlining diamond, gemstone, and jewellery supply chains across the US, Europe, India, and APAC. Our finance team is being rebuilt to run on AI, and we're hiring an FP&A Associate to help take the function from 1 to 5.
The Role
This is a high-visibility, operational role — ideal for someone with 2–4 years in investment banking, private equity, or VC who wants to learn how a business actually gets built: how cohorts compound, where unit economics break, and what board-grade analysis looks like when you own it.
What You'll Do
- Own cohort and growth analytics across customers, suppliers, and product lines — decomposing growth into rate vs. base effects
- Partner with Sales, Account Management, Marketing, and RevOps on the operating cadence: pipeline math, conversion, ramp curves, CAC/LTV by segment
- Own the core management reporting pack — recurring KPI read-outs, monthly P&L commentary, quarterly business reviews, and board reporting
- Build business cases for hiring, expansion, pricing, and new GTM motions
The Stack & Setup
We're an AI-native finance and data function — working mainly with Anthropic's Claude platform, Snowflake, NetSuite, and ThoughtSpot. You'll work closely with the CFO, FP&A Lead, Accounting, and Treasury. Base location: Stockholm, London, or Remote EU.
