About the Opportunity
Talabat — part of the Delivery Hero Group, the world's pioneering local delivery platform operating in ~65 countries — is hiring a Manager, Retail Media Ads Growth in Doha. You'll join the Retail Media Growth team reporting to the Sr. Manager, owning a portfolio of accounts across MENA.
The Role & Impact
This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone with an Ads Tech or digital advertising background who thrives on ambitious targets. You'll drive ad sales, expand advertiser relationships, and unlock revenue from long-tail and local market accounts across the region.
What's On Your Plate
- Own a portfolio of accounts — major advertisers and long-tail clients across local markets
- Drive sales growth through retail media ad products (sponsored listings, display, branded content)
- Build strong, long-term advertiser partnerships across MENA
- Hit ambitious revenue targets with speed and structure
What You Bring
- Background in ad tech, digital advertising, or retail media (MENA experience a plus)
- Strong sales and account management track record
- Data-driven mindset and comfort with ambitious targets
- Fluent English; Arabic is a strong plus for local market work
