About the Opportunity

N26 — Europe's leading digital bank with millions of customers across 24 markets — is looking for a Growth Program Manager to join its Growth Operations team in Berlin. You'll drive execution of N26's most critical strategic initiatives: high-impact, cross-departmental projects that fundamentally shape the business, from refining the value proposition to optimizing global consent frameworks.

In This Role, You Will

• Orchestrate the Growth Roadmap: own the overarching Growth roadmap, keeping a clear overview of all active initiatives and making sure the organization delivers against strategic priorities
• Drive Strategic Execution: own end-to-end delivery of high-priority, cross-departmental projects — from kickoff to final implementation
• Manage Multi-Project Timelines: maintain a rigorous view of deadlines, KPIs and deliverables across several complex workstreams at once, leaving no detail behind
• Act as the bridge between strategy and reality, chasing stakeholders and keeping dozens of moving parts on track
