What You'll Do
- Architect AI-driven workflows: integrate cutting-edge AI tools and automation (e.g., n8n or Zapier) into marketing workstreams to accelerate production and approvals and enhance creative output — without compromising N26's premium brand consistency
- Optimise marketing efficiency: run deep-dive analyses of team workflows, identify friction points, and implement structural improvements that boost operational velocity
- Scale performance reporting: develop automated reporting frameworks that track team performance and operational efficiency, feeding the data needed for strategic resource allocation
- Build the MarTech ecosystem: shape the tooling stack and integrations that let the marketing org move fast as one system
What You Bring
- Hands-on experience in marketing operations, growth operations, or marketing technology
- Strong interest in AI/automation — from workflow automation platforms to AI-assisted content and reporting tooling
- Analytical, process-driven thinking with a talent for translating messy workflows into clean, scalable systems
