Alan already partners with 40,000+ companies, serves 1M+ members, and passed €800M in ARR with a team of 800+. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, working hand-in-hand with the Saudi GM to make Alan known, trusted, and chosen by the best companies in Riyadh.
The Mission
- Build the annual, quarterly, and monthly go-to-market plans with the Saudi GM — and run the experiments yourself. Hands-on, end to end: you own both the thinking and the doing
- Prioritise ruthlessly: in a market where Alan isn't known yet, sequence brand and awareness ahead of an inbound machine, and adjust as signals come in
Brand, Comms & Social — Your Primary Mandate
- Establish Alan as a top-of-mind, trusted brand in Saudi by adapting global brand initiatives into locally and culturally resonant campaigns — Arabic-native, attuned to local moments and employer expectations
- Own organic social end-to-end: define the channel strategy, create content, and build the presence
- Work with the GM on communications and PR moments that build credibility with Saudi employers and members
- Turn Alan's global assets into locally resonant stories that land with a Saudi audience
Who You Are
A bilingual (Arabic/English) marketing operator who can move between big-picture brand thinking and hands-on content creation — comfortable owning campaigns solo in a fast-moving launch environment, and energised by building something from zero.
