The Role
We're looking for a Brand Manager to join our Marketing & Communications team — based in Berlin, London or Munich. You'll shape and protect one of the most important brands in European defence technology, communicating Helsing's mission to governments, partners, talent and the public.
What You'll Do
- Own and evolve the Helsing brand: identity, messaging and visual consistency
- Deliver integrated marketing and communications campaigns across channels
- Partner with internal teams and external agencies to bring the brand to life
- Support employer brand, events and thought leadership initiatives
- Ensure every touchpoint reflects Helsing's values and mission
What You Bring
- Strong brand management experience, ideally in tech, defence or mission-driven environments
- Excellent written and verbal English; a second European language (German or French) is ideal
- Creative judgment plus operational discipline — you ship
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-stakes sector
