Outsourcing Associate, Risk (Vendor & Outsourcing Management) — Berlin, Germany

About the Opportunity

N26 — one of Europe's leading digital banks — is seeking an Associate to join its Central Outsourcing Management team in Berlin. This Second Line of Defense function establishes guidelines and standards, runs training and education, monitors and controls outsourcing, and reports to management. You'll have a direct hand in shaping the future of this function as the bank scales.

What You'll Do

• Follow up on SLAs and KRI reporting across all business lines
• Support operationally in keeping the Outsourcing Register up to date
• Support data gathering for reporting purposes and monitor performance evaluation against defined KPIs and KRIs
• Carry out 2nd level controls and sample testing
• Support the setup of contingency plans and exit & termination strategies, actively monitoring further needs
• Prepare and continuously update training materials
• Take responsibility for data extraction from various sources and create data-driven reports

What You Need to Be Successful

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics or a related area
• Previous experience in Sourcing, Vendor Risk, Contract Management, Risk Management or Outsourcing Management
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills — identifying problems and proposing solutions
• Fluency in English is required; German is a plus
