About the Opportunity
SuperPlane is an open-source software factory engine — the system that lets AI agents build, test, and ship code while engineers focus on design and decisions. This is how software will get built, and we're building the engine underneath it.
The Role & Impact
No frontend/backend silos here. You'll own meaningful projects end to end: one day an API endpoint or workflow-engine improvement, the next a React surface users touch daily. Mid-to-senior level, high trust, high pace — you ship real products, work independently, and grow fast.
What We're Looking For
- Genuinely full-stack with an AI-driven workflow — fast without getting sloppy
- Strong backend experience in a systems language (Go preferred — ramping up is expected, not required)
- Solid systems judgment: APIs, data models, reliability, trade-offs
- Comfortable with TypeScript + React and cloud-native tooling
- You want ownership, not a narrow lane — early-stage upside included
