Product Manager, Courier Delivery Experience (Marketplace) — Berlin, Germany
About the Opportunity
Wolt — the delivery platform operating in over 500 cities across 30 countries, part of the DoorDash family — is looking for a Product Manager to join its Courier and Delivery Experience (CDX) team in Berlin or Stockholm. This role focuses on ensuring world-class courier and consumer delivery experiences while continually evolving the delivery process with a future-oriented mindset.
The Role & Impact
The CDX team owns the experiences that elevate every Wolt delivery — from the moment a courier opens the app, to every order they accept, all the way to dropping the order at the customer's doorstep. The team sits at the intersection of a multi-sided marketplace product, real-world operations, and safety — and the work directly moves how reliable Wolt feels to consumers and how satisfied couriers are while delivering.
What You'll Do
- Shape the courier experience: onboarding, engagement, and the live delivery journey
- Define the vision and roadmap for courier and delivery experiences across multiple projects
- Design features that boost courier satisfaction and improve delivery efficiency
- Refine the merchant-courier interaction at pickup and the consumer-courier interaction at the doorstep
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, product, and operations teams
What We're Looking For
- An exceptional product management track record, ideally in marketplaces, logistics, or operations-heavy products
- Proven success working with cross-functional teams across engineering, design, product, and operations
- Deep empathy for users — both couriers and consumers
- A self-starter mindset: you'll learn more, build more, and ship more than at most companies
