About the Opportunity
Wolt is looking for a Product Manager to join its Delivery Promise team — one of those parts of the business people don't always realize the complexity of. Logistics is absolutely integral to Wolt: doing it well is the difference between blissful customer experiences delivered efficiently and profitably, versus operational nightmares and a cacophony of late deliveries. The role is based in Berlin or Stockholm.
The Role & Impact
The Delivery Promise team sits in Wolt's Courier & Logistics Product group. Its goal: boost Wolt's growth and profitability by delivering reliable, precise time estimates to customers and partners worldwide. The team employs advanced machine learning models and innovative tools to craft the delivery estimates that shape the pre-checkout purchase experience across every business line.
What You'll Do
- Own the roadmap and strategy for delivery time estimates, from discovery to checkout
- Balance customer experience with the operational impact of fulfillment commitments
- Work with ML engineers and data scientists to improve estimate accuracy and reliability
- Partner with logistics, courier, and commercial teams across markets
- Drive measurable impact on Wolt's growth, profitability, and customer trust

- Product management experience — ideally in logistics, marketplaces, or ML-powered products
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data and experimentation
