The Role
We're hiring a Product Manager, Marketplace to lead the marketplace and integration surfaces — the two-sided heart of the Supabase ecosystem. On one side, partners and developers build integrations on top of Supabase primitives and publish them for the world. On the other, developers discover new capabilities and wire them into projects without leaving their workflow. Done well, it's the shortest path between a developer with a problem and the exact capability that solves it.
Why This Matters Now
As the number of capabilities explodes and AI agents start assembling software on developers' behalf, the marketplace becomes the distribution and discovery layer for the entire ecosystem — how developers and their agents find, trust, and compose what they need. This role owns that surface.
What You'll Own
- Product strategy and roadmap for the marketplace
- The partner-developer experience end-to-end: publishing, discovery, and integration
- Working with engineering, design, and ecosystem teams to ship
- Metrics that prove the marketplace is the fastest path from problem to solution

- A PM who loves developer platforms and ecosystems
- Comfortable with ambiguity and async, remote-first collaboration
- Systems thinker with strong product instincts and bias for action
