Product Manager of AI Applications, Global Public Sector — Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
The Opportunity
Scale AI — the company powering frontier AI systems for the world's most important decisions — is growing its Global Public Sector team and wants an entrepreneurial product leader in Riyadh. This team designs bespoke AI solutions for governments and government-backed entities, forward-deploying engineers to build everything from custom LLMs to full AI application stacks on the Scale GenAI Platform. If you love taking AI from whiteboard to production for mission-critical users, this is a rare seat in one of the fastest-expanding teams at Scale.
What You'll Lead
- Own large AI projects end-to-end for one or many government customers, driving millions in revenue.
- Lead design workshops with clients to define custom AI applications and scope new use cases across government entities.
- Drive cross-functional development with engineers, ML engineers and operators — plus go-to-market teams — to ship transformative solutions.
- Stay close to real end-users, gathering feedback to keep priorities sharp, and set model evaluation requirements with rigorous review cycles.
- Keep clients and International Public Sector leadership in the loop with regular, transparent progress updates.
What We're Looking For
- Deep curiosity about applied AI and a mission-driven mindset — you want quantifiable impact, not just features.
- 4+ years building products, with 1-2 years recently focused on AI-powered products.
- Strong technical grounding (STEM background or hands-on software product experience) and solid understanding of generative AI in enterprise and consumer settings.
- Comfort with Python, vibe-coding tools (Replit, Lovable, Bolt) and design tools (Figma, Miro) is a plus.
- Arabic proficiency is a plus, not a requirement — English fluency and exceptional communication are essential.
