About the Role
Motive is hiring a Senior Billing Specialist, Chargebacks (L3) to join its Billing & Collections organization — a high-impact finance operations role based in Islamabad or Lahore. You'll own the end-to-end dispute lifecycle across Card and ACH payments, partnering with Billing, Collections, Accounting, Customer Success, Sales, and Enterprise Systems.
What You'll Do
- Own the full chargeback and payment dispute lifecycle: intake, investigation, evidence gathering, representation, and resolution
- Investigate root causes, mitigate financial loss, and protect the customer experience
- Identify patterns and strengthen controls, workflows, and processes to scale a best-in-class billing operation
- Operate independently with strong judgment — bringing structure to ambiguous situations

Deep operational discipline, strong analytical skills, sound risk judgment, and a bias for process improvement. You're comfortable working across teams, and you treat every dispute as both a problem to solve and a signal to improve the system.
