Senior Billing Specialist (Islamabad/Lahore) — Quote-to-Cash at Motive

About the Role

Motive serves nearly 100,000 customers with a platform that unifies safety, operations, and finance for physical operations — and billing is where it all comes together. As a Senior Billing Specialist, you'll be the main point of contact for all billing-related inquiries, owning the accuracy of charges, invoices, and refunds that keep the business moving.

Day-to-Day Impact

• Oversee billing status of accounts: research and resolve billing inconsistencies, errors, and lender requirements
• Analyze billing documents and data for accuracy and completeness — acquiring missing or correcting data when necessary
• Generate invoices and create customized funding invoices specific to each lender for vehicle-financing deals, ensuring timely and accurate billing
• Review and validate refunds; escalate discrepancies to the right departments
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Accounts Management, and Order Management to resolve or expedite issues
• Support the sales team operationally — helping close deals and generate quotes end-to-end
