The Opportunity
We're looking for a driven Business Development Manager to lead regional growth for Ripple's newly launched stablecoin (RLUSD) and drive real-world asset (RWA) tokenization on the XRP Ledger. You'll develop strategic partnerships with banks, financial institutions, enterprises, digital exchanges, PSPs, and crypto-native companies across the Middle East & Africa.
What You'll Do
- Own deals end to end — sourcing, analyzing, negotiating commercial contracts, and presenting to leadership
- Be the primary liaison for Ripple's partners and prospects across the MEA region
- Collaborate with product, customer success, compliance, legal, and finance for smooth execution
- Represent Ripple at industry events and conferences across the region
- Work autonomously within a global team, comfortable with ambiguity and cross-functional collaboration
What You Bring
- 8+ years in business development, partnerships, or sales within banking, finance, tech, consulting, or crypto
- Solid grounding in TradFi, FinTech, and digital assets — plus working knowledge of blockchain, tokenization, and stablecoins
- A track record of building first-of-a-kind partnerships and closing complex deals
- An extensive network across financial services, payments, and crypto
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills; an MBA is a plus
