The Role
We're looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to support GitLab's Cloud Hosting business — one of the most strategic and fastest-growing parts of the company. You'll partner with the business to translate performance into plans, forecasts and insights that drive investment decisions at scale.
What You'll Do
- Own financial planning, forecasting and analysis for the Cloud Hosting segment
- Build and maintain financial models that inform pricing, capacity and growth decisions
- Partner closely with engineering, product and sales leadership on business reviews
- Analyze unit economics and key drivers to surface risks and opportunities
- Drive month-end close reporting, variance analysis and board-level narratives
What You Bring
- Solid FP&A experience in SaaS, cloud or technology companies
- Advanced financial modeling skills and deep Excel/Google Sheets fluency
- Strong business partnering — you can hold your own with technical stakeholders
- Experience with adaptive planning or similar tools is a plus
