About the Opportunity
YAZIO is on a mission to transform the world through healthy eating, and we're looking for a Senior FP&A Manager to take full ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning as we scale. In this high-impact role, you'll directly influence decision-making across the business, turning complex questions into clear, actionable insights.
This is a 100% remote role, open to candidates based in Germany, Spain, Portugal, or the UK.
The Role & Impact
As our FP&A Manager, you'll be the strategic finance partner to business leads, driving accurate, forward-looking financial insights and owning cross-functional planning cycles end-to-end. You'll work closely with Finance, Product, Operations, and senior leadership to support both day-to-day decisions and strategic initiatives like growth, pricing, and headcount planning.
Key Focus Areas
- Lead the annual budget cycle, driving end-to-end planning, alignment, and consolidation across the organization.
- Build and own ad hoc financial models for headcount planning, business cases, pricing, and cost optimization.
- Maintain rolling forecasts, incorporating actuals and evolving assumptions for a reliable financial view.
- Prepare monthly management reporting with variance analysis and leadership commentary, leveraging AI tools for efficiency.
- Drive the evolution of FP&A processes, dashboards, and tooling with a focus on automation.
- Shape and scale a modern, high-impact FP&A function in alignment with financial stakeholders.
Required Experience
- Advanced financial modeling expertise, with Excel as a core skill; experience with FP&A tools like Abacum is a plus.
- Proven ownership of end-to-end budgeting and forecasting cycles across functions.
- Clear communicator who can translate financial complexity for non-finance stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Strong business acumen with curiosity for product, users, and unit economics.
- Highly proficient and critical AI user, integrating AI into daily workflows while validating outputs.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and making decisions with imperfect data.
- Hands-on, high-ownership mindset in fast-scaling environments.
- Experience with SQL or basic data querying is a strong plus.
