About the Opportunity

Tamara, Saudi Arabia's first fintech unicorn and the GCC's leading financial super-app, is hiring a Senior Manager — Credit Risk in its Riyadh headquarters. Serving millions of users across the region and partnering with SHEIN, Jarir, noon, IKEA and Amazon, Tamara is backed by Sanabil Investments (a PIF company), SNB Capital and Checkout.com. You'll play a critical role safeguarding the company's financial interests by managing credit risk and preventing fraud at scale.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement credit risk policies, strategies and procedures, and assess applicant creditworthiness using scoring models, credit reports and financial analysis.
Monitor credit exposure, delinquency rates and portfolio performance, continuously optimizing risk and pricing strategies to protect profitability.
Build fraud prevention strategies and controls — monitoring transactions and customer behavior, investigating suspicious activity and staying ahead of emerging fraud trends.
Use data analytics to identify credit and fraud risks, and prepare dashboards that keep senior management informed.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, working closely with the compliance team on credit and fraud risk requirements.
Partner with product, engineering and customer service teams to embed risk management into product design — balancing protection with a seamless customer experience.

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Risk Management or a related field (Master's, FRM or CFE is a plus).
8+ years in credit risk management and fraud prevention, ideally in fintech.
Strong command of credit scoring models, underwriting and fraud detection methods.
Solid data analysis and risk modeling skills, plus knowledge of risk management tools and regulatory requirements.
Clear communication and an analytical mindset that turns data into decisions.
