You'll work in cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Data Science, Content, Design) to build some of the best marketing automation in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify trends and formulate hypotheses around content and coverage structure
- Create the perfect ads, keywords, and landing page combinations for millions of users worldwide
- Improve LLM-based content and coverage models, partnering with data scientists and engineers
- Design and execute experiments to measure the impact of model fine-tuning and business tactics
- Orchestrate millions of multimedia assets to find the right combination for the right user
- Deliver sophisticated analysis to senior leadership with meaningful evaluations of performance and experiments
What You Bring
- Deep Paid Search / SEM experience with a strong analytical, experiment-driven mindset
- Comfort working with large data sets and cross-functional teams
- A builder's attitude — you love automation, testing, and challenging the status quo
- Fluency in English; working in GetYourGuide's global, multicultural environment
