The Role & Impact
You'll own new initiatives end-to-end: identifying, framing, and prioritizing product opportunities aligned with HungerStation's strategic goals. This is a role for someone who loves ambiguity — translating fuzzy problem spaces into clear problem statements, success metrics, and product direction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead hands-on discovery: user research, market analysis, problem validation, and hypothesis testing
- Develop business cases, define expected impact, and assess risks and trade-offs
- Own initiatives from concept through launch and post-launch iteration
- Define product requirements, scope, and success metrics with engineering, design, analytics, and operations
- Build and prioritize the product backlog, driving delivery and removing blockers
- Work closely with senior stakeholders across Product, Commercial, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Technology
What You Bring
- 6–10+ years in Product Management at Senior or Principal level
- Proven experience owning products in high-ambiguity environments (new ventures, 0-to-1, complex growth initiatives)
- Strong discovery + delivery track record — not just strategy, but shipping
- Experience with Agile/iterative development alongside engineering teams
- Excellent communication and influence skills, with a pragmatic, outcome-oriented mindset
