Senior Product Manager, Homepage (Ranking & AI Discovery) at Wolt — Berlin / London
Wolt is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join its Core Consumer organisation and own one of the biggest levers in the app: the Homepage. It's the surface millions of customers land on every time they open the app — and one of the hardest surfaces in the industry to get right.
The Role & Impact
You'll decide what each customer sees, and why. Working at the intersection of ranking, personalisation, and AI/ML, you'll shape how people discover restaurants, grocery and retail venues, dishes, and products — across DoorDash, Wolt, and Deliveroo brands in dozens of markets. Your roadmap will mix global platform problems, EMEA acceleration bets, and local problems worth solving properly.
What You'll Be Doing
- Build end-to-end features and experiences on Homepage that shape discovery of venues, dishes, and products
- Own ranking, personalisation, and AI/ML problems in the Homepage domain — including how we decide what each customer sees
- Explore how AI-driven and agentic experiences change the way people decide what to order
- Make discovery work across three brands and many markets without flattening into one-size-fits-all
What You'll Need to Thrive
- Proven experience as a Product Manager on consumer-facing products — discovery, homepage, feed, or ranking-driven experiences are especially relevant
- You're a product manager more than a feature owner: find the customer problems that matter most and make the case for solving them
- Work backwards from the customer problem, weighed against what the business needs most right now
- Comfort holding several business objectives at once and making a call when they pull in different directions
- Strategic thinking that moves between long-term direction and what to ship next
- Genuine comfort with ambiguity — and curiosity about what AI actually changes for customers, telling real value from hype
