About the Opportunity
N26 is seeking a hands-on, strategic Senior Product Manager for Operations Automation & Enablement (OAE) — a true builder's role leading the strategy, design, delivery, and enterprise-scale adoption of Agentic AI, hyperautomation, process mining, and internal tooling. Your mission: reshape how complex, control-intensive Banking Operations are executed so N26 can scale across markets without proportional headcount growth — while keeping regulatory and quality standards intact.
The Role & Impact
You'll work cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, data scientists, and operational leaders, acting as the primary AI Champion for Banking Operations — translating ML/AI concepts into practical, working systems rather than just talking about them.
In This Role, You Will
- Architect AI Workflows: Design, deploy, and govern end-to-end, multi-step Agentic AI solutions targeting high-volume processes, cross-team friction, and manual back-office tasks
- Lead Enterprise Transformation: Drive adoption of automation across the organisation, measuring operational savings with hard numbers
- Build & Scale: Take ML, RPA, or Agentic AI products from 0 to 1 — or scale them significantly — with quantified results
- Stay Hands-On: Work comfortably with APIs, prompt engineering, agentic frameworks, and orchestration tools — building the first version yourself if needed
What You Need to Be Successful
- 5+ years in Product Management, Process Engineering, or Operational Transformation, ideally in tech, digital, or fintech
- A proven track record delivering ML, RPA, or Agentic AI products with measurable operational savings
- Expertise in workflow mapping, failure demand analysis, and structured waste-reduction (Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent)
- The strategic vision to design the long-term roadmap and the hands-on chops to build v1
