Sr Product Manager (AI/ML & GenAI Platform) — Remote, Europe (EMEA)
About the Opportunity
Dataiku — the Platform for AI Success — is the enterprise orchestration layer for building, deploying, and governing AI. In a single environment, teams design and operate analytics, machine learning, and AI agents with transparency, collaboration, and control. Dataiku is looking for a Sr Product Manager to shape product positioning, roadmap, and requirements for predictive analytics, ML, and GenAI — reporting to the Director of Product Management in charge of the AI/ML offering. This role is open across EMEA (Paris, Berlin, Amsterdam, London, or remote).
The Role & Impact
You'll work with stakeholders across Engineering, Product, GTM, Partners, Marketing Operations, and Customer Success to execute growth projects and launch new products and features. Your challenge: identify and shape net-new capabilities — innovations discovered through deep customer engagement and validated before engineering commits. You're not here to maintain what exists; you're here to find what's missing and make the case for building it.
What You'll Be Doing
- Embed with strategic customers to run structured discovery — interviews, async collaboration, or on-site visits — to surface unmet needs before they're obvious to competitors
- Analyze usage and customer data to identify gaps and opportunities in the AI/ML platform
- Define and validate new capabilities, working with Technical Product Managers on delivery
- Build the business case for what Dataiku should build next
What You Bring
- Strong product management experience, ideally with AI/ML or data platform products
- A track record of discovery-led product work — finding what's missing, not maintaining what exists
- Ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders across the business
- Comfort with ambiguity and a bias to action
