Sr. Product Manager, Fintech (Consumer Payments) — Dubai, UAE

The Opportunity

Talabat — part of the Delivery Hero Group, the world's pioneering local delivery platform across ~65 countries — is looking for a Senior Product Manager to own a high-impact fintech product within the consumer experience. You'll work within a cross-functional team of Product, Engineering, Data Science and Product Analytics to improve a product used by millions across the region.

What's On Your Plate

• Build deep understanding of the product — target customers (users and vendors), local contexts, business value, risks, opportunities and technical challenges
• Champion customer development and data analysis to find new opportunities and de-risk decisions
• Work closely with design and research teams to uncover unmet user needs
• Rapidly ideate, prototype and iterate solutions with your team
• Lead prioritization of opportunities and solutions based on company KPIs
• Launch products, measure success, and invest in continuous improvement using strong experimentation skills
• Own stakeholder communication with teams across the globe, and align with other Consumer teams on the end-to-end experience

• Proven product management experience in fintech, payments or consumer tech
