Sr. Specialist Finance Systems (Microsoft D365 F&O) — Dubai, UAE

The Role & Impact

Talabat — part of the Delivery Hero Group, the world's pioneering local delivery platform operating in ~65 countries — is looking for a Sr. Specialist Finance Systems with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) to join its Dubai HQ (City Walk). You'll lead finance module implementations, drive process optimization, and act as the primary bridge between finance stakeholders and the technical delivery team.

What's On Your Plate

• Implementation & solution design: lead end-to-end implementations of D365 F&O finance modules — GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank Management and Budgeting.
• Architecture for scale: design and configure finance solutions supporting multi-entity, multi-currency global operations and high-volume transaction processing.
• Business partnering: run business process workshops, gather and validate requirements, and translate finance needs into robust system solutions.
• Optimization: continuously improve finance processes and system performance across the talabat and Delivery Hero ecosystem.

What You Bring

• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, ideally including full lifecycle implementations.
• Strong understanding of finance processes (record-to-report, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay) and how they map to ERP modules.
• Ability to bridge business and technical teams — you speak both fluent finance and fluent systems.
• Experience with multi-entity, multi-currency environments is a big plus.
