The Role & Impact
As a Technical Program Manager focused on Enterprise Identity and Access Management (EIAM), you'll help discover, define, and drive the execution of workforce access programs — ensuring the right people have the right access to the right resources at the right time. You'll work with engineering and security teams to solve big security challenges at scale.
What You'll Do
- Define and drive strategic workforce access programs across Cloudflare
- Partner with engineering, security, and business stakeholders to align on program goals and execution
- Manage complex, cross-functional security initiatives with a focus on identity and access
- Help build the best solutions for both Cloudflare and its customers
What You Bring
Experience running technical programs in security, identity, or infrastructure domains, strong stakeholder alignment skills, and comfort operating in a fast-moving environment.
