The Platform team plays conductor: bringing engineers, designers, and partnerships together to build great product experiences.
The Role
Airbnb is building foundational loyalty and incentives platform capabilities — and they need a Staff Platform Manager to lead it. You'll own the platform strategy and vision that lets internal and partner teams offer new loyalty and membership offers to guests and hosts across the world.
What You'll Do
- Own the Loyalty & Incentives platform strategy, roadmap, and execution
- Bring deep expertise in consumer loyalty programs and B2B2C incentives platforms
- Set vision across foundation, growth, and empowerment pillars
- Partner with engineering, design, and partnerships to deliver platform outcomes
Who You Are
A senior product/platform leader with payments or loyalty experience at scale. You know how to rally cross-functional teams, make tough trade-offs, and ship platform capabilities that unlock new products for millions of users.
