The Role
As a trusted advisor to prospects and customers, you'll help organizations understand how GitLab's DevSecOps platform solves both technical requirements and business objectives across the entire software development lifecycle — from planning to monitoring.
What You'll Do
- Own technical evaluations, including proof-of-value initiatives and workshops
- Shape solution architectures alongside Account Executives and cross-functional teams
- Be the voice of the customer inside GitLab, feeding real-world needs back into the product
- Guide SMB customers through cloud and modern software development practices with strong customer empathy
What You Bring
- Fluency in French or German plus professional English
- Foundational understanding of cloud and modern software development practices
- Curiosity about DevSecOps, CI/CD, and how AI is reshaping software delivery
- Strong communication skills — you can translate between technical and business audiences with ease
