Lead Executive Assistant (C-Suite Support) — Delivery Hero, Dubai, UAE
Delivery Hero — the global leader in local delivery, powering brands across the region — is looking for a Lead Executive Assistant in Dubai to support its CEO and C-level executives. This is a high-trust, high-pace role at the heart of the organisation.
The Role & Impact
You'll keep the executive office running flawlessly: managing an extremely active calendar, arranging complex travel, and acting as gatekeeper and gateway for the CEO and directs. Beyond day-to-day support, you'll drive ExCo events, special projects, and a small EA team — a genuine leadership seat, not just a support seat.
What You'll Be Doing
Executive Support & Coordination
- Manage calendars, expense reports, and complex travel plans, itineraries, and agendas for the CEO, CPO, and VP Commercial
- Prioritise conflicting needs and handle ad-hoc requests with discretion and confidentiality
- Prepare correspondence and manage Workday and email administration on behalf of the CEO
Stakeholder & Event Management
- Build strong relationships with Travel, Finance, Facilities, People & Culture, and IT to keep executive programs moving
- Own ExCo engagement initiatives that drive team morale and eNPS
- Manage local, regional, and global events — summits, town halls, offsites, and team building — end to end
Communication, Budget & Projects
- Oversee team budget, petty cash, and corporate credit cards; track invoices
- Compile decks, documents, and templates for meetings, town halls, and summits
- Coordinate investor and external visits, keeping executives briefed on visitor profiles
- Run ExCo committee cadence, minutes, and follow-up on OKR-linked decisions
- Manage special projects sponsored by the ExCo team
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop direct reports while balancing workload across the EA team
- Champion process improvements that reduce SLAs for C-level transactions
What You Bring
Experience supporting C-level executives in a fast-moving organisation, impeccable organisation and discretion, and the judgement to operate unsupervised — plus fluency in English.
