About the Team
Scale's Global Public Sector team is one of the most rapidly expanding teams at Scale AI. It's responsible for generating, executing and fostering Scale's work outside the United States — building custom AI applications for governments, providing high-quality training data for research institutions building LLMs from scratch, and running partnerships, upskilling and advisory programs. This role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
About the Role
As Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for establishing deep customer and prospect relationships across the Kingdom, proactively identifying opportunities where Scale can build custom AI applications that improve lives for citizens and residents, and overseeing execution to ensure timelines are met — or effectively communicated.
What You'll Do
- Build and own relationships with government customers and prospects in Saudi Arabia
- Identify high-impact opportunities for custom AI applications and guide them from idea to execution
- Interface with premier research institutions — including those building Arabic LLMs — on how Scale can best support them
- Partner with organizations training people on AI, and advise on Scale's upskilling programs
- Track and improve operational performance with a continuous-improvement mindset
Ideally You'd Have
- 5+ years of work experience, including consulting or technical program management
- A proven track record in B2B/B2G client-facing roles
- Experience at a consulting firm or leading tech company
- Fluency in English (Arabic fluency is preferred)
