Vendor Coordinator (Non-Food Partners & Inventory) — talabat, Doha, Qatar

talabat, the Delivery Hero group's leading food and q-commerce platform in the region, is hiring a Vendor Coordinator in Doha to run day-to-day operations for its non-food vendor (NFV) partners and keep them winning on the platform.

About the Role

As part of the Vendor Coordination Team, you'll be the operational backbone for talabat's non-food partners — managing quality control, inventory health, and the partner experience. The goal is simple: partners who feel happy, supported, and set up to succeed.

What's On Your Plate?

• Maintain partner inventory with daily updates — pricing, stock levels, new SKUs, promotions, and catalogues
• Monitor pickers and orders to keep fulfilment on track
• Set up manpower rosters and processes for effective picker utilisation
• Provide administrative support to vendors and resolve issues as they come up
• Implement and execute vendor promotions on the platform
• Help vendors get comfortable with internal tools and technology for smoother order processing
• Work closely with partners to reduce vendor delays and fix the root causes
• Create, train, and retrain partners on Pelican (talabat's vendor tooling)

What Did We Order?

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 1–2 years in a similar or relevant role
• Customer-oriented mindset with excellent verbal and written communication
• Logical thinking and comfort analysing data
• Strong organisational skills, adaptability, and flexibility
• Basic-to-intermediate Excel skills
• A team-player attitude in a fast-growing environment
• Excellent spoken and written English
