The Role & Impact
Tidal is looking for a Creative Director to set the vision and quality bar across its product and brand ecosystem. This is a rare opportunity to be a foundational creative voice on a small team where your work has outsized impact — shaping not just pixels but the future of how artists build careers. It's an individual contributor role: you'll lead project teams and set the creative standard.
What You'll Do
- Originate brand platforms and campaign-level ideas, and own them from concept through 360 activation
- Reposition and reshape the brand — keeping it culturally tapped-in and coherent across brand and product surfaces
- Hold the idea intact from first cut to final placement
- Shape the brief alongside an embedded creative-strategy team
- Design, and when needed direct, the work of designers, writers, and production partners
- Work with marketing, product, and partnerships leadership to get campaigns made
What You'll Bring
- A portfolio of work you led as a creative director: brand platforms, repositionings, campaigns, activations
- An art direction background with the visual judgment to lead the idea in any medium
- A track record of setting creative vision and quality standards for a brand while staying hands-on
- Credibility with cross-functional leadership as a peer
- A history of catching cultural shifts early and putting them in the work
- Experience carrying brand thinking across multiple products or business lines
