AI Full Stack Engineer

📌 Role Overview:We are seeking an AI Full Stack Engineer to seamlessly bridge the gap between cutting-edge AI model development and robust, production-grade software systems. This pivotal role involves taking AI concepts from ideation to deployment, encompassing data preparation, model fine-tuning, RAG implementation, API development, and comprehensive full-stack integration.

⚡ Core Responsibilities:

• Fine-tune and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) for specialized domain applications.
• Design, develop, and maintain Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for advanced AI search and knowledge-based systems, utilizing embeddings, vector databases, and document processing.
• Execute end-to-end data preparation, including collection, cleaning, preprocessing, refinement, extraction, transformation, annotation, validation, and quality improvement for AI training.
• Build comprehensive AI workflows, incorporating prompt engineering, model evaluation, and continuous optimization strategies.
• Integrate AI models into production applications using APIs and scalable architectures, while monitoring performance and improving reliability.
• Develop and integrate custom REST APIs for AI-driven applications and build scalable backend services.
• Manage data pipelines, databases, and ensure secure authentication, authorization, and API best practices.
• Develop and maintain web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies, collaborating with engineering teams for end-to-end solutions.
• Construct and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
• Containerize applications with Docker and deploy AI services to cloud environments, focusing on monitoring and optimization.

🛠️ Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong programming proficiency in Python with significant experience in AI/ML development.
• Hands-on expertise with LLM fine-tuning, RAG architectures, embeddings, and vector databases.
• Proven experience in prompt engineering and AI model evaluation.
• Demonstrated ability in preparing and managing datasets for AI training and fine-tuning.
• Experience integrating AI models through APIs.
• Solid backend development experience, including REST APIs, databases, and authentication mechanisms.
• Proficiency with frontend technologies such as React.js / Next.js.
• Familiarity with Git, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployments.

🌟 Nice-to-Haves (Preferred):

• Experience with AI frameworks and tools like OpenAI APIs, Hugging Face ecosystem, or LangChain.
• Prior experience with vector databases and AI search systems.
• Background in deploying and monitoring AI models effectively in production environments.
