About the Opportunity
Celonis — the trusted platform to industrialize Enterprise AI — is hiring an Application Product Manager for its Business Apps IT team in Munich. The team builds best-in-class composable AI solutions in the domain of System Transformations: SAP ECC to S/4 migrations, new software introductions, and system landscape consolidation. These purpose-built solutions are best-practice examples of how Celonis is used in new, innovative ways that push the boundaries of the platform.
The Role & Impact
This is a hybrid between a product manager and an engineer. You'll sit with a customer, understand a transformation pain point, and then design and build the solution together with the rest of the team — rather than handing it off. You'll operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment where shipping quickly matters more than perfect process, and where the line between designing the product and building the product is intentionally blurry.
What You'll Do
- Own Solutions End-to-End: Take product ownership of composable AI solutions for system transformation use cases, from customer discovery through design, build, and adoption
- Get Hands-On: Prototype and build alongside the team — you're comfortable getting into the technical weeds
- Talk to Customers: Sit with customers to understand transformation pain points and translate them into product requirements
- Push the Platform: Create best-practice examples of how Celonis can be used in new, innovative ways
What You Bring
- A hybrid product manager + engineer profile — experience with both product ownership and hands-on building
- Understanding of enterprise system transformations (SAP migrations, software rollouts, landscape consolidation) is a strong plus
- Comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- English fluency (German is a plus)
