Senior Data Analyst, CRM (Power BI & SQL) — Berlin, Germany
About the Opportunity

We're hiring a Senior Data Analyst to join the global CRM team in Berlin, helping redefine communication strategy and optimize for growth, scalability, and efficiency across more than 45 markets.
The Role & Impact
Your work will directly shape how Flix talks to millions of customers worldwide — increasing repeat purchases, preventing churn, and powering smarter, more personalized communication. You'll own CRM analytics end to end and turn messy data into decisions senior stakeholders actually act on.
What You'll Do
- Own CRM analytics and reporting across 45+ markets, with clear visibility into performance and customer behavior
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for real-time tracking of targets and business trends
- Deliver actionable insights on campaign performance, customer segments, and cross-market differences
- Develop scalable automated reporting alongside deep-dive and ad-hoc analyses
- Monitor key CRM KPIs — engagement, conversion, retention, reactivation, and customer lifetime value
- Partner with CRM, data, and product teams on segmentation, personalization, and experimentation
- Evaluate A/B tests and proactively flag trends, risks, and opportunities
What You Bring
- 5+ years in data analytics or BI, ideally in CRM, marketing, or e-commerce
- Strong SQL (CTEs, window functions, multi-table joins) — preferably on Snowflake
- Advanced Power BI: data modeling, DAX, and dashboard best practices
- Solid grasp of marketing and CRM KPIs, plus statistical literacy (significance testing)
- Experience working cross-functionally; familiarity with tools like Braze is a plus
- Fluent English and a structured, autonomous working style
Why Flix?
