The Role
Raisin is looking for a Bank Relationship and Analytics Manager to own and grow relationships with its partner banks while using data to drive better decisions across the business. You'll sit at the intersection of commercial partnerships and analytics — translating bank performance into actionable insight.
What You'll Do
- Manage and develop relationships with partner banks across Europe
- Build and maintain analytics that track product performance, rates and customer flows
- Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize the savings marketplace
- Collaborate with product, finance and commercial teams on bank-facing initiatives
- Own reporting and insights that keep Raisin's marketplace competitive
What You Bring
- Strong background in business, finance, economics or a related field
- Excellent English communication skills with confidence to work across teams; German is nice-to-have
- Analytical mindset with strong data skills (SQL/Excel proficiency is a plus)
- Experience in fintech, banking or marketplace businesses is a strong plus
