The Role
Join Motive as a Business Strategy & Operations Analyst II (Enterprise) and act as a strategic partner to Sales and GTM leaders. This is not a reporting-support seat. You'll own recurring business rhythms end-to-end, build the automation that makes them scale, and bring a point of view to the leaders you support.
What You'll Do
- Own the weekly and quarterly business review cadence: reconcile the numbers, surface the story behind the movement, and hold deadlines leadership depends on
- Build, not just consume: ship AI agents, multi-system workflows, and scripted data pipelines that replace manual work
- Plan territories and coverage, track quota attainment, and own the performance KPIs behind leadership decisions
- Take ambiguous business questions, structure them, pull the data yourself, and return with defensible recommendations
What You Bring
- A few years of operating experience in strategy, sales ops, or GTM analytics
- SQL and data-pipeline comfort; scripting skills are a strong plus
- The ability to turn messy data into a clear story for senior leaders
- A builder's mindset — you automate the work others just report on
