The team partners with creators across the globe to produce material that inspires people to explore, ensuring every partnership runs smoothly, creatively, and at scale. GetYourGuide is looking for a Creator Growth Manager to join the team in Berlin.
The Role & Impact
You'll own the relationship with GetYourGuide's active creator roster — from onboarding through to ongoing performance. You'll keep creators briefed, motivated, and producing consistently great work, while building the workflows and incentive structures that let the programme scale without losing quality or authenticity.
Your Mission
- Act as the main point of contact for active and new creators, keeping relationships warm and productive
- Brief creators clearly on objectives, hooks, angles, and brand direction
- Review all deliverables to ensure they meet brand and quality standards
- Build and refine workflows, incentive structures, and performance frameworks for the creator programme
- Partner with internal teams to turn creator content into reach and travel inspiration at scale
What You Bring
- Experience managing creator, influencer, or content-partner relationships
- Strong communication and project-management skills — comfortable juggling multiple creator relationships at once
- An eye for quality content and a feel for what makes travel content resonate
- A data-informed mindset for tracking creator performance and iterating on what works
