About the Opportunity
Cohere — the leading security-first enterprise AI company — is looking for an exceptional Customer Success Manager with deep expertise in the UAE private sector enterprise landscape to lead its most strategic accounts. This role requires someone who understands both the transformative potential of frontier AI and the unique requirements of private sector organizations in Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.
The Role & Impact
You'll own the success, adoption, and growth of Cohere's UAE private sector customers, ensuring they realize maximum value from its AI solutions. From building trust with CXOs to guiding secure AI implementations in complex enterprise environments, this is a senior, high-visibility customer role.
What You'll Do
- Strategic Customer Partnership: Own the success, adoption, and growth of Cohere's UAE private sector customers
- Executive Relationships: Build deep, trusted relationships with CXOs, VPs, Directors, and digital transformation leads
- Success Plans: Develop comprehensive plans tailored to each organization's mission, digital strategy, and budget cycles
- AI Adoption Leadership: Guide customers through the full lifecycle of AI adoption — from use-case identification and pilot design through production deployment and scaling
- Secure Implementation: Lead AI implementation projects in complex enterprise environments, including sensitive systems and on-premises deployments
- Outcomes: Define and track success metrics aligned with private sector priorities — ROI, revenue growth, operational efficiency, and innovation
What You Bring
- Customer success or enterprise account management experience in the UAE market
- Understanding of the UAE private sector AI landscape — regulatory, compliance, and integration realities
- Executive presence and the ability to be a trusted advisor
- Experience with AI, SaaS, or enterprise technology implementations
