Data Center DCIM Program Leader — Own Infrastructure Operations at Cloudflare

The Role & Impact

Cloudflare runs one of the world's largest and most important networks — and the Infrastructure Operations organization is the team that builds, scales and runs it. They're looking for a DCIM Program Leader to build, scale and own the Data Center Infrastructure Management program end-to-end.

What You'll Own

• The DCIM program: strategy, architecture and execution across Cloudflare's global data center footprint
• Building the program from the ground up — tooling, processes, data standards and the team around it
• The single source of truth for data center infrastructure: capacity, power, cooling, connectivity and lifecycle
• Cross-functional partnership with engineering, facilities, network and supply chain teams to keep the network healthy and efficient

What You Bring

• Deep experience in data center infrastructure, facilities or critical environment operations
• Program leadership chops — you've built and scaled programs, not just run them
• Familiarity with DCIM tools and the data model behind modern data center management
• The analytical rigor to turn infrastructure data into decisions, plus the communication skills to drive them across orgs

Available across Atlanta, Austin, Denver, Seattle, Washington DC or Toronto, hybrid.
