Demand Planning Specialist (Grocery, Inventory & Forecasting) — Dubai, UAE

The Role

Talabat Mart — the region's first cloud-store grocery concept delivering in 30 minutes at hypermarket prices — is hiring a Demand Planning Specialist in Dubai. Launched across Kuwait, UAE, Qatar, Jordan, Bahrain, Egypt and Oman, the service is scaling fast, and you'll be the one making sure shelves are always stocked with the right inventory at the right time.

What's On Your Plate

• Ensure correct inventory at stores (no out-of-stocks, no overstocks) by analysing current stock status and updating ordering parameters
• Monitor daily stock movement and run daily inventory adjustment reports
• Maintain replenishment model parameters: lead times, reorder points, economic order quantities, supplier minimums
• Prepare demand forecasts, initiate store ordering and track receipt of orders
• Coordinate inventory with Category Managers and dispatch supplier orders with proper tracking
• Drive collaborative forecasting, planning and replenishment with suppliers

What Did We Order?

• 4+ years of experience in demand planning, ideally in FMCG, grocery or retail
• Strong analytical skills and extreme attention to detail
• Ability to work with senior-level stakeholders and manage competing priorities
• A solutions-first mindset — you deliver answers, not bottlenecks
