The Role & Impact
As a Deployment Strategist Lead for Saudi Arabia, you'll be fully responsible for opening up a new market for ElevenLabs and building the team to make it happen. This is a senior position where you'll operate like a co-founder — working alongside an experienced sales leader to take an effective startup from 0 to 1 within the broader organization, deploying voice AI technology at the most strategic customers in the market.
What You'll Do
- Meet with strategic customers to understand their critical audio and voice AI needs and locate their biggest pain points
- Build and lead a team of forward-deployed engineers within the region
- Identify relevant use cases through deep engagement with customer problems and workflows
- Design and architect bespoke integrations so ElevenLabs' technology fits seamlessly into customer products and operations
- Guide customers on best practices for implementing voice and audio AI models
- Present results and proposals to audiences from technical teams to C-suite executives
- Feed field insights back into Research and Product teams
- Take full ownership of end-to-end execution of major projects for strategic partners
What You Bring
- Proven experience engaging and influencing C-suite and VP-level stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to hire, develop, and manage high-performing technical teams
- Basic proficiency in Python and comfort with technical implementations
- An operator's mindset — high velocity, minimal bureaucracy, AI-first
- Willingness to work hands-on and own outcomes, not titles
